The Projects

 An example of one of Strategic Partners projects is Club Tamesloht/ Marrakech Resort Hotels.

 The proposed development is located on 240 hectares of land located in Commune Tamesloht in the Province of Haouz, Marrakech, Morocco.

 The phase one conceptual plan calls for the development of a 200-room St. Regis Hotel, a 300-room Westin Hotel and recreational facilities consisting of two 18-hole championship golf courses, a world–class health spa, 24 tennis courts, a casino and associated club houses, together with an equestrian center and all necessary related amenities, to be managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

 The phase two conceptual plan calls for a 350-room Sheraton Hotel, a St. Regis Hotel expansion of 100-rooms, 20 corporate mansions of 20 keys and 15-golf villas of 50 keys; and, a Westin Hotel expansion of 150-rooms and 15-golf villas of 50 keys.

 The project is being developed in conjunction with, and with the support of, the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Wali of Marrakech.
